I started having a small pain on my right knee & it has been a few weeks; the thing is i dont remeber if any thing that hit me or i bumped in to. so whats -this simptom telling me that i need to worry about?

If it starts to swell, and bruise. Swelling moreso. I would recommend getting in to see your doctor for further evaluation because of how long you have had this pain.
Sometimes the weather can affect how your joints feel. You could be sitting an akward way or have your legs bent for a long period of time in a bad position
Sounds like it could be torn cartiledge. It might just stop and cause you pain on and off. But then, I'm not a doctor. Have it checked out. If surgery is reccommended, get information from someone who has been through it before.
