The new pain ball after c-sections.?

Question: I had a c-section 8 days ago and had the pain ball. I had seen someone had asked about it, well my experiance with it was terriable! Others may react different, but it always gave me a stinging sencation. It hurt badly. I hope it reaches the person who asked the question. (Sarah W.) I was unable to email her.
