I think it depends what they have available and to my knowledge you will have a white cast with a coloured covering.
I've seen purple, pink, light blue, dark blue and green.

It's not the color of the cast but the wrap they put on the cast. That comes in all colors.

Well, here they offer green, light blue, dark blue, pink, white,purple, and black. If I where you I would ask for 2 colors... easier to decide. I would also x out black so you could have people sighn it... Or you could do balck and buy a silver sharpi. Or you could do like a dark blue and light blue combo... there all sorts of different things you could do!
