Strange pain on my lower ride side of body?

Question: I get this pain once in a while on my right side of the body just below my right rib cage. The pain starts getting hardened and I could feel it when I touch it (sort of like a muscle hardening). I saw the doctor about this but they weren't able to detect anything even with a ultrasound. Can somebody explain what this is?

That could be your gallbladder did they check that for stones??Or you could be having a muscle contraction
