I always have a migrain, what do i do ?

Question:
I have a migrain could be happened almost every month. I'm a coffee lover but seem that I got this head ache, I try to reduce drinking coffee. It's so awfull

Answers:
Yes it sucks! But you will have to stop chocolate and caffine. I've never heard differently. Sorry.
Try steam-inhalation at least four times a day. And expose your ears and forhead to the steam. Will make your head lighter. Stay away from cold stuff. Keep drinking warm water. It's all in the head u know so make sure you keep your head warm. These things work for me.
have you ever tried a natural herb called " feverfew" ? you can get it at any pharmacy or health store and its quite cheap and natural of course. the key to this product is to take it on a regular basis ( perhaps 2 to 3 times a week whether you have a migrane or not ) this builds up the resistance to migranes .. i have tried it and have recommended it to many friends with great results GL
a coffe lover which tries to reduce the amout of the coffee that they used to take.will face headaches.and thats it !
There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation;
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it.
If your H/A is started after accident it is the cause, if it has started after the treatment drug is the cause and if it isn't related with above two the blockage/unbalancing of Vital Energy in your body is the cause.
In your case pl avoid coffie and observe; many times such foods cause serious problems(i experience loss of appetite and gas trouble). If it fails -
Acupuncture is the best treatment. I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.
Avoid late sleeping if possible;spicy, sour, stale bakery foods and alcohole.
Sweet foods, sweet fruits, milk, rice and good sleep will help you.
But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves' juice in opposite nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf helps but it isvery strong.
If it is acute pl search a painful point 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds.

It could be the withdrawal symptoms from trying to cut down your caffeine intake that may be causing the headaches. If you really want to cut down on the coffee - go in baby steps, as your body is now tolerant of certain levels of caffeine and the headache may be caused by your body going into withdrawal. Try having half regular coffee with half decaf - and don't just stop drinking coffee. If this is not the cause of the migrane, I would suggest keeping a food diary to see what your migraine triggers may be. For myself, I learned that it is aspertame, and since I cut it out of my diet - voila - no more migraines.
if you are accustomed to drinking caffeine and you cut back or stop it that could be causing the headache. caffeine is a double edged sword. it can cause a headache and it can help (for some ) end a headache. if you have not had a proper exam and diagnoisis of migraine please see a dr. there are new treatments and new medications available that will greatly improve your quality of life. i have been on preventative medications for over 9 years. and the few that do breakthru are not as severe.
