Have any of you guys fell off a tredmill?

Question:

i did because i wasnt paying attention and my foot slipped off the track and i slipped then i held on the bar while the tredmill was running cuz i was to afriad to let go then someone turned it off my both legs got damaged up alot

haha and i tend to do stupid stuff like that alot
like when i go wakeboarding and i fall, i tend to hold on to the rope still, being dragged under water basicly ripping my shoulder out of their sockets until they realize i fell stopping the boat then i have to swim several hundred feet to find the board i fell off of
and usually when people say heads! i lift my head up, not duck down and i have a tendancy to walk into parked cars
ok im not really even answerin gthe question even more haha

yeah and I was cornered up against a wall so I scraped some felsh off...it hurt
