Stop smoking, and wash everything-the sheets, furniture, walls, carpet... cigarette smoke permeates EVERYTHING.
It may turn out to be a major undertaking. Clean all painted walls and ceilings with trisodium phosphate. Remove any wallpaper. Paint everything. Any furniture may need to be replaced. Any carpeting will need to be steam-cleaned. That may do the trick; good luck.
Stop smoking. I kid. FABREEZE!! Doesn't just cover up the odor, it actually gets rid of it. (I sound just like the commercial!) But it does work. :)
paint the walls over again ...if u have rugs have them steam cleaned...get your sofas steamed cleaned...clean erything that won't change color with clorox...if u have any clothes that smell wash them all with lestoil and downy...basically that's it...it's like starting from scratch but w/o throwing anything out.
Open the windows and burn some incense. It's just a quick fix and won't last permanently, but it will mask the scent.
