its a bit strange but cause ur used to it thats the way ur sleeping patterns are.
change how u sleep, like sleep a solid 10 hours a day and stay awake during the day and do this for about 2 weeks and ur body should adapt and that will be ur new sleeping pattern :)
You are sleeping your life away.
depending on your age and eating habits. This could be normal or abnormal. Seek a doctor if it interfers with your life.
You might want to check out your symptoms and make sure you don't have sleep apnea, which is where you stop breathing in you sleep for a few seconds, causing you to wake up in your sleep, thus not allowing your body to get the deep sleep it needs in order to get rest.
This can lead to depression and heart attack down the road. Or, it could be just because your body needs more.
normal no. i do the same thing and found it may be cancer. i thought i slept to escape the world of stress and depression. now it is a habit and i have to sleep now. but no, it aint normal. there is an underlying problem. i started out with a 1/2 hr nap, then it came automatically to be 2 hrs. now its 4 hrs here, 3 hrs there, 4 there, 2 here, and 5 when i can squeeze it in between. seems like i live to sleep. its early signs of cancer from what i here. ask your doc if you can afford to go... i cant. wish you luck. let me know what happens.
My mother used to get that...it was sleep apnea, I think. I am not sure how to spell it. She was tired all the time, taking naps no matter what... She used a special breathing machine and she got better in a few months. :) I'd consult with a doctor or something. I hope it isn't too bad. ^^'
