I have a cut in my leg n its itchy n it dont heal what could this be ?

It could be infected and may need to be checked by a doctor. Infections are no good. He might give you antibiotics.
its INFECTED! is there redness, pus or swelling? You need an antibiotic and possibly a steroid if you've waited too long.
It does sound like it could be getting infected. You could use a topical antibiotic cream like Neosporin on it, and see if that helps after a few days. If that doesn't work, I would go to the doctor, as you will probably need an actual antibiotic.
