im 15. i get chest pains and they are at random times. sometimes they are short and sharp. sometimes long and not so sharp. its always on the left side. i never have any symptoms for anything else. just the chest pains. and i dont have trouble breathing, it just hurts when i have them. and i dont have panic attakcs. anyone have any clue what it could be?

Smoking? If they are severe and relate to breathing you could have an esophagus problem letting stomach acid into your lungs.
