When i take a vitamin B complex tablet, my urine turns a dark yellow. Can anyone tell me why?

Question:

Answers:
vitamin b's chemical matabolizes in the body and causes the urine to turn dark yellow that is why if you purchase any type of antioxident for the removal of illegal chemicals in the body you want to get one that is high in vitamin b
Your urine typically changes color when you take any vitamins. It's just the excess vitamin, what wasn't absorbed by your body. Nothing to worry about!
its natural and normal, when you take vitamin B complex tablets. The excess is just excreted by the body in the form of urine. vitamin B complex is a water soluble vitamin!
It's the vitamin B-2. B-2 is yellow and washes out in the urine yellow. Just natural. Not to worry
The vitamin if taken in excess is partly excreted via the kidney and appears in the urine, It also passes in to the sweat and users have a distinct smell of B Vitamins. The only B vitamin deficiency in UK is B12, which normally has to be taken by injection. Again in UK the only other use of B vitamins is to reduce the risk of nerve damage in alcoholics. If you are not taking it for a recognised medical problem like this STOP!
