Sounds like it could possibly be an ulcer or my best guess would be gall stones. I had them and it feels like a heartattack or gas (depending on the severity of the attack) If it is, they will eventually pass and you will feel fine but only until next time. Go see your Dr. and if they don't mention gall stones, you mention it. I went back and forth for months before I got diagnosed correctly.
take a tablespoon of baking soda in water
It could be anything from acidity to problems connected with chest, breast etc. but most probably it could be gas and acidity. You could take any of the anti acid medicines like Gelusil. Drink warm water and if you are constipated try to go for toilet. constipation can also give you pain.
I think it is gas troble. Drink lot of water, take some antacid tablet and go to a brisk walk soon. If problem persists then cosult a doctor.
it really sounds like your having a gastric problem that needs evaluation asap. do u have a fever? are u throwing up all the time? do u feel dehydrated, as in your mouth is dry? you could have a simple stomach virus or something as complicated as an ulcer, pancreatitis or a gallbladder attack. none of these should be ignored. if u have a fever please consider atleast calling your md now, let them call back and see if they want u to be evaluated now or in their office.goodluck;)michele
