My knee started hurting after 2 weeks of man inactive, this happen when I ran. It isn't that stinging but I can feel the cramp. However, it's also being on and rotten and maybe I hold on to thinking it's my diet (types of food/vitamins that enhances my knees function) or I'm not warming up properly.. What are your suggestions? Oh, and I'm within High School, trying to condition myself for my sports season.
Answers: take sour for a bit until it feels for a moment better, and when you get put money on into it (excercising), jog for 5 mins, stretch for 5 mins...next dont work yourself too hard
