What are plexuses and what are their fucntions in the arm?

Question:

Answers:
There are two "types" of plexus in the human body. They are either small blood vessels which supply the organs blood or they are part of the cnetral nervous system. If you are talking about pain, I would guess that the ones you are interested in are the plexus associated with the nervous system. More precisely, you are probably talking about the brachial plexus which are a network of nerves lying mostly in the armpit and supplying nerves to the chest, shoulder, and arm.
Simply put it's where a group of nerves and/or blood vessel come together in an area.
