Is there a homemade remedy to make you fall asleep?

Is there like household things that will make you sleepy? I can necver sleep at night and i need something 2niht to sleep i dont take sleeping pills.

I always drink some warm milk with a little bit of honey in it. It's something that I learned from my grandmother, but over the years have come to find is a popular answer to sleeping problems!
To sleep all through the night,sip a cup of warm milk with a few crushed anise seeds in it.
I agree with the answer above. Make warm milk and put honey on it, the honey will serve as the sugar so do't bother putting sugar on it. It is better if you can look for honey that is still on the honeycomb, cuz some of the honey you buy in bottles are just melted sugar, just be sure you buy the real one.
I also advise listening to classical soft music before going to sleep, that way, your mind can relax and ward off negative elements.
A herborist can blend you a mix of sleep tea.

I've got some at home, works like a charm... too bad I can't fax you some.

Crazy or not, warm milk does work for some people.

Besides that, follow your biorythm. At some point, you'll start feeling tired: that's your body entering the first stage of sleep. Just close your eyes and stop thinking, your body will do the rest.

Get yourself warm and comfortable, make sure you have plenty of air (open a window if possible).

Be in a dark place, avoid noises and don't do anything exciting just before sleep like working, thinking about your problems, playing videogames or watching TV. If you do, make sure you calm your system down by reading an article in a magazine or read one or two chapters in a book... you can also try counting sheeps (close your eyes and imagine watching sheeps jumping over a fence and count them. It's the repetitive visualisation that helps you fall asleep. You can count trains or cats or waves...)
