i had to clean out a garden foutain and thought stupidly if i syphoned the water with a garden hose it would go faster and i swallowes some water after i got all the water out and put in clean there was tiny little worms swimming in the water about a eighth of an inch long and thread like skinny and kind of a reddish brown color?? any one know what they are and am i gonna get sick?

They are most likely mosquito larvae, though they may be the larvae of any number of insects as well. Swallowing them is unappetizing, but not deadly. Your stomach acid will do a number on them. It was just a bit of extra protein in the water, and you will be just fine.
You'll probably be OK. They should digest just like any other meat.
i would ask a doctor or call the er and make sure.
