Help with CPR ?


Question:
I was wondering if anyone knows a web site that you can print a card off of that gives the steps to CPR. When you dont use it very often you tend to forget and I want to refresh on it and carry it just in case

red cross. also the cpr comprestions to breaths has changed to 30 to 2. i know its dumb there always changing it. go get certified who knows you might need it
