Some people have weak ankle ligaments. The more you sprain or strain your ankle joint, the more likely you are to have another problem with it down the line. defiantly do not play soccer with that foot for shure I had that problem put ice on it every morning to tighten up the muscles and ligaments for about a week if not better go see a doctor but you might have weak joints like me and you'll do fine I put ice on it every morning and do exercises and I have no more problems with it. But strengthen it up more you'll be ok.
um don't do anything to stress your ankle.u can ice it that helps a lot .u might want to see a physical therapist u might have weak ligaments.u might want to tape your ankle or buy an brace of some sort
