Feeling tired?

Besides a multivitamin every day, four good energy boosters are chlorophyll, barley grass, wheatgrass and Coenzyme Q10.
Stop working 12 hours a day. Exercize, walk everyday. Especially if you are sitting all day.
Sleep cycles are in 90 minute intervals. you can sleep 6 hours or 7 1/2 hours and feel more refreshed than if you sleep 8 hours and wake up after 30 minutes of your next sleep cycle.
When I started sleeping 7 1/2 hours instead of 8 I started to feel much more relaxed. Meditation before sleep can help put you deeper faster into a proper sleep pattern. Walking helps reduce stress. Be well.
Assuming you don't work at home, you are probably not getting to bed until midnight or later. According to most medical professionals, 5.5 hours of sleep is definitely NOT enough sleep for long-term good health. Women, particualarly, need 8 - 9 hours of sleep for emotional, mental and physical health.
If you cannot sleep later than 5:30, here are my suggestions. 1) Melatonin, which is the chemical in your body that tells you when to get up and go to sleep. The advent of the electric lightbulb installed in all homes and businesses has messed this up in most people. 2) "Power-naps". If you can, take a short 20 minute nap around noon (I used to do it during my lunch hour), you may feel more tired at first, but you'll feel better in the long run. 3) Stay away from caffeine in the evening - even with your late nights - and try to stay away from carb loading, which is the body's attempt to get more quick burning energy, because it can lead to weight gain.
Good luck!
