Jumped on the trampoline.?

it started stinging for a while but i kept jumping and it got better. and it only hurt a little bit. but now after jumping this morning and flying off like 7 feet no jokes, my knee kills. eh what do i do?

the best thing to do would be to put some ice on it and just raise it up and try not to put very much pressure on it until tomorrow. if it still hurts tomorrow, do the same thing. and if it still hurts the day after that then call the doctor.
BTW dont use heat, especially if its like a bruised or swollen at all. thatll only make matters worse

Ice 20 min on 20 min off for 2 hours. Take a break and then same thing with heat. Walk on it a little if you can so you don't get extreme stiffness!
You need to go to urgent care to get this checked out. YOu may have done some damage without realizing it.
I would possible wrap it and ice it. you may have sprained it
I don't think you will be playing soccer tomorrow. Locked knees are not something to laugh at. It is usually caused by a misplaced knee cap. I had a friend who had this happen to her & she had to go to the ER to have the cap pushed back in place. Once that's done, you can walk withouth pain, but for a few days, the MD will not let you play soccor of go on a trampline. You really need to see an Orthopedic doctor. Sorry, Hope it gets better soon.
