Question:
Im always incredibly tired in the morning and I hate waking up even when I go to bed early and get 8 hours of sleep I still feel very tired when I wake up. Is there anything that would make me not as tired when I wake up in the morning. (not coffee)

Answers:
Dont eat too much in the evening. In the last few hours before going to sleep I wouldnt eat anything at all. And before that only light food.

A little run in the morning or some lite cardiovascular exercise with before and after stretching. It gets your body primed for the day ahead. It worked for me for 7 years in the Army.
