My right Wrist hurts why?

Answers:
Because you probably have RSI which is repetitive strain injury...see here for more details.

You really do need to ease off using the computer/games so much as your wrist will only get much worse. Just before Christmas I had to have both of my wrists operated on because of RSI which had led to carpal tunnel syndrome...it wasn't pleasant...and although the operations were a success I still have to wear a wrist support at times.

BTW, I am 57 so to be having problems when you are only 14 is not a good sign. You need to be aware of the damage that you are lining up for yourself when you are older if you continue to play games all day long.
it is possible you may have carpal tunnel.
get checked for carpal tunnel syndrome...it IS possible at your age.
the computer. u have to be careful how much computer use you use because it can give u carpeltunnel.
Repitive motion injury, almost certainly to the Carpal Tunnel Nerve.
dont paly the game for 2 or 3 days - try not to use the computer. if it gets better when you don't use the computer, then you go back to the computer and it starts hurting after
20 or 30 minutes, then it is the sort of injury i am thinking about.
FOR NOW: a cold (almost icy) compress on your wrist will r efuce swelling.
aspirin or other painkillers may help a little.

Why your wrist?
there in a nerve in your arm & hand that pases through your wrist, which has a mess of little bones. that nerve passes through a small tunnel in the bones (called the carpal tunnel). if the muscles and nerves are severely overworked, the nerve swells, ( which hurts) which causes it to rub more against the sides of the tunnel , causing it to swell more.
massage the muscle on the inner/top side of your arm. Go from your thumb and work your way up to the bend of your arm. Do this for a while and you will see that the muscle is sore. Then put heat for 10 minutes and cold for 10... Ask your parents if you can have some Advil. It's more then likely a stiff muscle from sleeping wrong, typing and playing games.
Go get your wrist looked @ by a doctor.
could be carpal tunnel or you may have a strain from holding in an awkward positio for a long period of time
