Help!! Quickly!!! Please help!!!!!!!?

Question:
I really need help! My sister just got stung by a bee on the lip! It's kinda inside her lip and she was riding her bike and the bee just flew onto her lip and stung it. It's all puffy and big and swollen. My mom's friend told me to put mud on it, so we mixed water and dirt and put it on her lip, but she says it still hurts. Please help quickly!! NO CRITISISM PLEASE! PLEASE ANSWER ASAP!! THANK YOU!

ACTUALLY MUD WILL DRAW OUT THE POISON, BUT BAKING SODA WORKS TOO AND IS PROBABLY HEALTHIER THAN MUD. THEN PUT ICE ON IT TO DECREASE THE SWELLING. IF SHE STARTS TO HAVE ANY SIGNS OF IT BEING HARD TO BREATH - SHE MAY BE ALLERGIC - THEN GET TO THE ER FAST.
Put ice on it...not mud. If she is having trouble breathing, call 911 right now.

Otherwise, ice is fine. 20 minutes on.30 minutes off, 20 minutes on, 30 minutes off---keep doing this until the pain/swelling is gone.
IF ITS EXTREMELEY BIG TAKE HER TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM. she might be allergic
take her to the hospital. she might be allergic.
go to the docter
mud.....I'll disregard that.

Just put Ice and hope she isn't allergic to bees
if you have onion rub it on it will keep out germs but will sting for a little bit or numb it with ice for a pain free solution if the pain consists consult a doctor.
My daughter had the same thing happen many years ago while riding her bike, but it was a bumble bee with an enormous stinger.

You need to first get the stinger out.

Then put some ice on it. Hopefully that will be enough, but if she complains of anything else then call a doctor.
Hold... what Nancy M said is correct. You need to first get the stinger out keeping in mind that you need to consult a doctor too.
I know this sounds weird but it way works. Take a smoked cigarette with some of the tobacco still in it. Rip it open, take the tobacco out and get it a little wet to make it stick together. Then put it on her lip. It will draw the stinger out and it does work . I have a son who we do this to time and time again. You can also make a paste out of baking soda and water to put on it. Make it a little thick though and neither one of these will taste good! Good luck!
benadryl (the point to mud is to let it dry- it won't dry in her mouth)
take her to the hospital! cuz she may be allergic to bee stings!
Mud does nothing. You can try benadryl an OTC med from the drug store, but if she starts to swell more or is short of breath any time soon get her to an ER ASAP for a shot of epinephrine—call 911. A severe allergic reaction can be rapidly fatal!!

Well, time has passed and an allergic reaction doesn't seem likely. The swelling is probably reduced by now as well. A Popsicle would have worked there.
Take her to the ER asap, some people have anaphilactic reaction to bee stings and can lead to obstruction of the airway. Most people do ok but you never know,
ice ice ice. then warm water and ice agian.
Make sure the stinger is not still in the wound area. If it is, use something to scrape across it to remove it. Apply ice for the swelling. Make sure to keep an eye on her for any allergic reactions. If there is abnormal or rapid swelling or she has any trouble at all breathing or any signs of shock call for help immediately -- 911 a good idea in this case. An antihistamine such as benedryl may also be of help. Check this site for more in-depth information:

ask yor sister if there is sumthing pinching her on the lip where she got stung, if she says yes... then take a strong edge.. like for example a papers edge and try to take it out. but DO NOT take tweezers and take it out... cuz it might contain poisen....
just make sure she is not allergic to the bee and put some stuff that lets you take out the stinger.
take benedryl...its the best thing for it.
i do hope she'll be alright by the time you read this i hope you have already taken the child to the Dr's. bee sting are actually good for the body. people that are allergic can become extremely ill. don't put mud on the sting! what the heck! that mud could be worse than the sting alone. silly girl. what if a dog or cat or bird did some kind of business on that dirt. i do hope that she'll be alright.
moistened tobacco will take the sting away in minutes.
give her a dose of benadryl. she will be fine.
i got stung by a bee when i was in 2nd grade and wat my mom did was that she took a needle to get the stinger out. the bee ahs stung me in the arm and ti worked, didnt work at all. afterwards, put ice on it to heal the swelling
I never actually heard of putting mud on it. I once got stung on the leg while playing softball when I was little. My coach put tobacco on it (it helped take the sting out), but since it's her lip, I'm not sure you want to do that.

They do swell though. If you're really worried, all I can suggest is taking her to the doctor.
Good luck.
