get a magnifying glass and a a clean needle. try to pry it out, always works for me.
A good pair of tweezers and hot water is all you need.
Squeeze the spot that the splinter is in and pull it out while squeezing. It shouldn't really hurt. make sure you wash it good after removing the splinter.
sometimes the sticky side of duct tape works well
Magnafy glass and a pair of tweezers. Does wonders

pinch it and if it pushes out pull it out with tweasers or yous should serilze a needle with fire and try to pry it out (it dosnt hurt as bad as it sounds)
Well my dad says to take a needle and scoot it upward. Thats what I always do. It helps everytime! Email me at lissy911@sbcglobal.net when you got that splinter out! buh-bye!
use a very small sewing needle and dig it out, it doesn't hurt.
This is something that might hurt a little but usually works. You take a cutting kinfe, like a steak knife. Nothing too sharp, and scrape the skin pretty hard.
Hope It helps. I know how bothersome splinters are. >.<
Like what Dakota Fanning said in the movie War of the Worlds... leave it. When your body is ready, it will push it out. Besides, if it's really small and unnoticeable, no use in getting hurt by pinching it or poking yourself with a needle. You'll cause yourself more trouble
if you soak your finger in water it may dissolve. if that doesn't work take a clean sewing needle to lift it to the surface, and then pull it out with tweezers
