Question:
Answers:
could be a hariline crack from walking (unless you've injured it somewhere else), try a cold pack and some anti-inflammatory painkiller and rest your foot as much as possible. If it doesn't help go and see a doctor to sort it out.
maybe its an ingrown toenail
Perhaps arthritis?
Try seeing a rheumatologist or doctor if it keeps bothering you.
It could be any of the 3 above, it could also be gout. You need a doctor to give you a professional opinion.
There really are 3 common options, trauma, arthritis or, assuming you are male, gout. ( Gout does not occur in pre-menopausal females.) Without, examination or further history it is not possible to tie it down any further.
I had this kind of symptoms for the first time about 30 years ago. I could not walk properly. I did not know why. I told my mother and she gave me our local Thai herb. I got cured after one day.
That condition still came to me from time to time and I had to keep that herb with me always. I remember the last time was June in 2002. I was about to travel up north. I could not walk properly as there seemed to be a needle piercing in my right foot. I boiled the herb and drank some. It seemed that symptom went away in six hours.
Now from time to time I boil the herb and drink the potion as a kind tea. I do not have that difficulty for quite some time.
I do not know if your symtom can be cured in the same manner. I wish you could be.
