Pain in my neck?
I know I should get it checked out but I was curious to see if anyone had any ideas.
After working out today, I got a weird pain in the back of my neck that went up through my head. My ears felt like they were going to blow off! Now everytime I lean my head down I get that same pain.

Sounds like a pinched or bruised nerve - I have done that before - it will get better, but if it doesn't then see a doctor.

usually a pain in the neck is a sign your period is coming on. but not the ears part..you should get it checked out.

And, Soak in a hot tub of 1 full cup of Epsom Salts (not like regular salt) and it will help relax the muscles and pull out the soreness. Also, odorless A535 works wonders on neck pain.
