Question:
Ok here we go. The pain is on the left side 2 to three inchs below the naval and over about 7 inches to the left. The pain is sparatic and very sharp at times, now it is a constant dull ache with intermidant sharp stabbing pains. I have a slight fever (100.5) and frequent urinantion with spasms and bloody urine as well. I do have a history of kidney stones and presently have over 7 ( 3 in left 4 in right kidney).

Answers:
Your symptoms sounds like you could be experiencing urinary/kidney infection and since you have a history of this problem it is important you seek medical attention right away. You should not wait because you don't want no harm to the kidneys. Seek medical attention to relieve pain and discomfort plus to be diagnosed and treated. Don't wait your health is important.
appendicitis

KIDNEY STONES OR KIDNEY INFECTION
UTI or one of the stones has moved... Get to the Dr.!
then it sounds like a kidney stone is someplace that it should not be.

sustitus
IDK
Pendicitis? Gall stones? Whatever it is - GET TO THE DOCTOR NOW!
Kidney Stone, Kidney Infection, UTI Infection, Appendix.

With the frequent urination, I would say its an infection. If the pain becomes unbearable, then probably a stone.
It is either because of the kidney stones and/or a kidney infection. I believe this has surpassed the UTI stage. You need to see a urologist.
Time for the ER and dilaudid and fentanyl...and an iv to flush the stone
my guess would be kidney stones or bladder infection of some sort.
Its your appendix. Appendictis or abdominal pains!
then it's probably kidney stones in your left kidney
Could be gallbladder. It the pain gets to bad, I'd head to the ER
Too low for kidney. Wrong side for the liver.
Dang. You stumped me. Go to a real doctor.
It almost sounds like an ovarian cyst or ectopic pregnancy, but I don't think that would cause bloody urine. Appendix is only on the right. It sounds like a bladder or urinary tract infection which is common with kidney stones. You should see your doctor as soon as possible and drink lots of water!
appy
go to your local supemarket's vitamin counter and get cranberry pills.. take them every day, every day ( don't forget). don't eat cheese and your kidney stones will cease to exist.
