yesterday, i was riding my bike and then i lost control and i hit the top of my head on a pole. a bump formed, and i had clear fluid from my nose coming out, maybe it was just the regular stuff from a runny nose, or the fluid that comes out after there is a serious head injury. i felt a little naseuous, maybe it was from the shock, but i didn't vomit, didn't black out or anything. no confusion or anything. should i be worried and go to a doctor? maybe there is internal bleeding, or a clot might form, it still hurts today when i touch it like a bruise, maybe it is just a bruise, or maybe it is a brain bruise. i am really worried, what should i do?

If you are concerned, you should see a doctor.
go to the doctor whenever you hit your head. You might be bleeding under the skull or your brain could be swelling and you won't know it till it is too late.
You need to go to a doctor now!! my grandpa fell on his head and didnt think it was anything because it was just a bump but the bump like came open or something and he is no longer so GO TO A DOCTOR!
