MEH! Why cant I sleep, I had a crazy day and have been up for 30 something hours now?!?

Try to meditate before you sleep. Or lay down close your eyes and think of the activities you've done the whole day. You'll automatically fall a sleep and that helps in increasing memory.
Try your best to avoid sleeping pills, it'll get control of your life. But if you really did stay up for 30 hours and you can't sleep, you'd better take sleeping pills.

just make yourself feel tired then you will going to sleep...try to make yourself tired...okey...heheh
You must be too wound up and have too much on your mind. Try laying back in a tub of hot water, The heat will relax you.
I've had that feeling before. It's like you're too tired to sleep. Strange, but it happens. Try laying down and getting really comfortable, eliminate all sound (unless that helps you sleep normally), and work on meditating. It sounds really corny, but it's worked for me. If you're desperate for sleep and it's just not happening, take a mild OTC sleeping pill. They'll knock you right out.
