For the last year or so my achilles tendon has been giving me an aching pain, it is worse after exercise?

Question:
what can i do to help this?

Answers:
my dad had this you need to go see a physiotherapist!
you should have a physical therapist or an Active Release Technique (activerelease.com) provider work on you calf and achillies. You don't want to get too tight and have your achillies tear. Very painful.
I have that problem, ignored it and ended up with surgery on one ankle. Start rehabbing with exercise and stretching. I am doing eccentric training on the 2nd ankle now to avoid another surgery: http://www.carletonsportsmed.com/chronic...
