The right side of my head and my lower right jaw always seem to hurt.Why?

Mon-Thu
Go to summer camp: 9:00 am -3:00pm
3:30pm-10:30pm: watch T.V/internet/talk on phone
I might also add that i dont eat lunch
Fri-Sun
I go to sleep at 11 or sometimes even 12 and my mom wont let me sleep any later than 10 and i go to church on Sunday which requires me to be up at 8.
So why am i in constant pain and is there anything that i could do so i wont have this pain anymore?
