What is the best kind of shoe for me?

Question:
I just went to the podiatrist recently and he told me that I have really tight calves. I'm a CNA and I am on my feet a lot during the day.. Running around.. And I really want something comfortable thats not going to kill my feet. Does anyone have any great suggestions for some good shoes?

Answers:
If you work in the healthcare field like I do you, you need a pair of New Balances with the "roll bar". Make sure you get a pair with the "roll bar", it keeps the weight off your ankles and will help with your calves.
Just pick up a pair of insoles that you put into your shoes. They can be purchased at and store-walgreens, walmart, osco pretty much every where. Just place the insoles inside of your shoes. They cost less than $10. Here is the website for walgreens if you want to see what they look like. Just type in the word "insoles" in the search box. Here's the website:

My girlfriend is on her feet at her job (in a kitchen) all day long and she swears by a company called shoes for crews.. they're anti-slip and comfortable..
