Fix my heartburn?

Question:

Ive had heartburn for like 3 days now. I have only had 1 meal a day too because of it ( I usually eat alot of junk so thats probably why) Any homemade remedies? I heard a eating a lemon will fix it, but I dont wanna try that if its some quack remedie that wont work. OK ok, anybody have any ideas? I dont wanna go to the store to get some alka seltzer, im too tired

My man just drinks a lot of milk when he gets heartburn. It sounds like you got it pretty bad though so you might have to go to the store and get you somethin' anyways. sorry.

use some activa or prolisec OTC the purple box but it has a purple and white wave on the box don't confuse it with the the nexuim box you don't want that box. it looks like that which is for acid reflux that errodes your eschogus near your throat and it's hard to swallow. acids go upward near your mouth and mess up your digestive system. it's suppose to go the other way. go easy on the junk food especially the spicy stuff which I like too but don't eat as much because I don't want to ask the same question that I'm helping you with so take my advice please! spicy and hot stuff makes it worse
and it wreaks havoc on your digestive system it makes it flare up too where you cannot eat your favorite foods
