Answers:
Sounds a lot like anterior ankle impingement...could be the soft tissue, could be the bone. I would suggest that you have your parents take you to see an orthopedic doctor to have the ankle examined.
its stiffening up. because you are a dancer, it is used to movement. when it is not moved in dancing it starts to stiffen up. you can prevent this ache by just flexing it and practicing your dances or just moving it around.
You probably strained it, and re-injure it every time you dance again. Go to the doctor you might do some permanent damage if you don't.
It's used to regular exercise, so it will hurt if it doesn't get it. On days when you don't dance, at least stretch it and move it in different directions so it doesn't stiffen up. If it starts hurting so bad you can't do this, put a heating pad on it for a while to get rid of the pain.
theonewiththequestions_13 is right.
you have to flex your feet but still if your ankle hurts ice it for 10 min. then move your foot and walk on it. If it still hurts after ice and what theonewiththequestions_13 said then i dunno.
