Constipation.?

i had a lot of trouble too
i tried all kinds of stool softner ,laxative etc
i started drinking apple juice everyday and i finally got reagular
i used to hate apple juice but the minute maid tastes okay
Drink lots of water and take a stool softner.
prune juice!!!!
Acidic acid will help, but be aware that this is what they use when you have to really clear your colon!
Gross I know, but I work at a doctors office and we suggest this to people who have been constipated and nothing else works.
You can try:
Metamucil
Fibercon
Colace
Flax seed (sprinkle it on your food)
FIBER, FIBER, FIBER

well dont be embarassed every one gets constipated here is what you need to do eat some chocolate every day and eat lots of prunes i know it sounds gross but it works and now they have the prunes in little candy wrapers that taste really good my cousin had the same problem but prunes made him go to the bathroom, Eat rasiens and drink milk
I eat a bowl of oatmeal for fiber with raisins in it. I also keep flavored prunes on hand. all of us get constipated from time to time.
Been there. Had bowel changes going on for over a year and longer time between stools til I realized it was going on 10 days as regular.

Go to the pharmacy and tell the pharmacist you need a stool softener. I don't think that requires a prescription. If he tells you you need a prescription, go to the doctor again and tell him specifically that you need a prescription for a stool softener.
The same thing was going on with my cousin and that's what she took. They come in tablet form.
