I'm 18, I get real bad back & chest pains is this normal?

Question:
For about a year or so, i've been getting real bad back pain, sometimes from sleep, sometimes from sitting all day at work, on the computer. I dont exercise much, but I've always been healthy and I'm not overweight or nothing, I'm 110.

For a long time I've had the habit of cracking my neck and back all the time, so recently I have someone crack my back when its bad. What i'm worried is that just in this year sometimes I dont only feel the back pain but chest pain as well, almost hard to breath or hurts... kinda like when you get air in you stomach, or on your sides when you walk or run.

Is this normal? Is cracking my back making it worse, Is their any exercise recommended or anything I can do to feel better??

Answers:
Most pain is not normal, that is why your body is signaling your brain that something is wrong. Honestly, only a doctor could tell you what is wrong and how to fix it. Most people here will either give you bad advice or have no idea what you mean. See your doctor if symptoms persist.
