My lower left side of my hip hurts alot?


Question:
ITS BEEN 30 MINUTES ALREADY AND I FELT PAIN FROM MY LOWER SIDE OF MY HIP ALMOST NEAR MY STOMACH...ITS HURTS A LOT...WHAT IS WRONG...IM ONLY 15 YEARS OLD IM NOT SUPPOSE TO HAVE PAIN LIKE THAT.I JUST ATE A HAMBUGER AND CHIPS AT 6:00 P.M FOR DINNER AND i KNOW ITS NOT NOTHING TO DO ABOUT WHAT I EAT BECAUSE I AM HEALTHY AND I WIEGHT 109 POUNDS...SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT WRONG WITH ME!

try and exercise the opposite hip that might restraine the other hip if that doesnt work try and get some one to massage it. sorry if it doesnt work
