when i was still a kid, the doctor told us that i cannot be circumcised because there's a "vein" in the skin that's being removed in circumcision..that's why i was not circumsized because my penis might be affected..if you look at mine, it looks like it was already circumcised because you can see the "head"..are there doctors here or professional here who can explain why and is there such thing as penis that don't need to be circumcised? thank you..im 22 years old now..

You're lucky. No penis NEEDS to be circumcised, to answer your question. You do realise it only happens to a very small minority of men in the world (Jews, Muslims and some Americans)? Nothing wrong with you.
I don't know why you can see the head...is that just when you're erect, or all the time? Did they do some operation other than circumcision like cut or loosen something? Or maybe you have a short foreskin. I don't know.
If that is true you are lucky to avoid the knife, I wish I could have been spared for some reason.
