When my son ws a little guy, he too had eating issues, he lived on pb& j for a month!
You don't say how old she is, so here goes. I made Nate part of the cooking experience. He helped make his food and felt very important. The more he was invovled the more he ate.
I also would sneak liquid vitamins into his afternoon milk shake. Good luck.
after being around my 3.5 yr old niece, it's not easy, is it? i have found that playing games is the best idea. or, introduce her to sauces like ranch dressing or ketchup. my niece is so picky that we need her to eat any cals we can. if i want her to eat fruit, i'll tell her to take 3 big bites and then cut up more and say eat 4 more big bites and then you can have ______ (whatever it is that she wants). BUT, not until all the big bites are all gone. The ranch sauce was a success with veggies. Good luck, I know how it can go!
NOR DID MINE,SHES 19 AND FINE,QUIT STRESSING DAD,SHE DOES EAT WHAT SHE NEEDS,GIVE HER A CHILDRENS VITAMIN,IT GIVES HER WHAT SHE MIGHT MISS IN THESE LIGHT EATING YEARS.10 YEARS DOWN THE ROAD WRITE AGAIN,I BET U CAN'T KEED FRIDGE STOCKED.
i have the same prob too thats why i always end up with him in the called "eating game". SOmetimes i also compare him with other child like Juan has big muscle because he likes to eat this eat that. Avoid giving her some sweets
my mum said I didn't eat well when I was little, she tried giving me smaller portions and letting me try to feed myself so i took more of an interest in it
Also mybe if she eats while you or someone else is eating she will enjoy it more?
don't force her tho! i know its not good when they wont eat but they get hungry eventually, she's just a baby, be patient :) don't stress her out she will get worse, just make mealtimes relaxed, positive and enjoyable
