How many people out there truly know the dangers of anal sex?

Question:
Is this taught in schools? Are teenagers or even adults made aware of the risks? Something I found:
Anal sex can be risky. Even when people use lots of lubrication during anal sex, there can be tearing of the tissue inside the anus (very thin), which is not as well protected as the skin outside the anus. Our external tissue is "kerotinized," meaning that it has layers of dead cells that create a thickened protective barrier. The tissue inside the anus does not have this feature. Without plenty of lubrication, anal tissue can tear quite easily, creating openings where bacteria and viruses can enter and cause disease problems, such as anal cancer or HIV/AIDS transmission.
The natural reaction of the anal sphincter is to contract as contact is made, as it is not elastically designed for acceptance, but rather for secretion.(increased chances of disease)
Weakening of the anal sphincter can also mean feces escaping against our will.
These and many more problems become amplified.

Answers:
Is there a question there?
I doubt a lot of people would actually ever try it, the only thing I ever hear about it is that it is painful for the receiving end.
eww
never done it so not worried
Get your facts straight - the weakening of the sphincters that you're talking about can only happen to someone who's being fisted on a regular basis. Normal anal sex, provided the recipient is minding his/her bowel health, won't cause any permanent damage.
