I need help with my medical transcription?

Question:
I have been stuck on the same word for 3 hours now. I am having trouble understanding what this doctor is saying. It is a surgical procedure (hydrocelectomy and herniorrhaphy). Procedure: he used something running foral Vicryl. What could this be? I have slowed it down and still can't understand what he could be talking about. Is there some website that could help me or does someone think they know? Please help me figure this out. It is driving me nuts!

Answers:
most probably he is dictating "running 4-0 Vicryl"
vircry is a suture, so I would think that he was doing a running stitch with vicryl.
