Make you sick as hell, and u would definately need to go to the emergency room IMMEDIATELY. Gas could melt your esophagus, ruin your stomach lining, and cause severe kidney and liver damage. How much is a little ? Like as if you syphoned some from a gas tank and got a litttle in your mouth, or drank like a shot or les or what ! Thats IMPORTANT, TO KNOW HOW much you drank dude. I would call poison control right this minute, dont wait for more answers !

Back when i was little i drank gasoline by accident, i don't remember how, But my father told me he was under the car changing the oil on it and saw me playing with his tools, then he saw me taking some gasoline in mouth from a little tank, he got out of the car quickly slapped the tank of my hands and saw some gasoline on my mouth. Pick me up and made me spit it out by force so i wouldn't get posion. Then he hit me for being a dumba$$ . LOL
The first thing that would happen is that you would try to spit out most of the gas.
But it is always best to get a good answer from say Poison Control or 911.
I know that I have gotten gas in my mouth from trying to siphon gas & I don't remember that any thing bad happened.
