Something bit me?

something bit me a little while ago, it was itchy for about 10 minutes now its not itchy and i cant even feel it, i stuck my finger nail in the bite and it was like numb...what do you think bit me and why would it get numb

This could be serious. If it went numb I would strongly advise you to go the the ER or doctor. Otherwise watch for other signs and symptoms. Pay close attention to your breathing. Some insects can cause your airway to swell and cause labored breathing. Be careful and best of luck to you.

Sometimes when you get bit by a bug or a spider the place that they bit can be a little numb, its a normal thing. You may have gotten bit by a spider. It doesn't sound like anything bad.
