Sore legs and volleyball.?

Question:
okay, well this might be a very stupid question.
but my legs have been hurting very badly since i went to two open gyms for volleyball. i have soaked them in espom salt for the past two days and they are feeling a bit better today, but i need to have them not hurt at all by tomorrow since volleyball tryouts start tomorrow. do you have any ideas on how i can relieve them? thank you.

and also,if you have any tips for volleyball,i'd appreciate them as well.

Answers:
Take some ibuprofen, use ice, and stretch out your muscles a lot.
i have tryouts tommorow too. maybe just relaax and take some tyloneol
go to bed eaerly and dont walk around
stretch them before you go to bed.
You might of pulled a muscle so put some ice on the soreness.

Also try lying down on the floor and put your legs up on a table or sofa, anything like that.
Your muscles are sore probably because you are using muscles you normally do not use. There are many ways to help the pain, one of which you have alread done, soaking in epsom salt. Advil works great, but do not exceed the dosage. Be sure to stretch prior to any activity, and then to do a cool down stretch too. To build up strength in the legs work on squats, and running / jogging.

Volleyball techniques, work on bending your knees and try to jump as tall as you can with your arms as high as you can over your head. This will help with the front line blocking the ball. If you can get a partner, (if not use a wall) and practice setting and bumping the ball back and forth. It conditions the arms to striking the ball.

Have fun. I wish I could have been on my high school volleyball team.. I had asthma back then. I took up martial arts and now no longer have asthma.
