One day in class my back was bothring me go i did that thing were you sit facing forward and twist your top part of your body back in order to pop your back. well have dont that meany a time with no prob but the next day i couldnt even walk or get out of the bed so my mother rushed me to her caropractor who took x-rays of my back. when we got the x-rays back we descarved that the top part of my spine is twisted to the left and has been for years and we just nevre new it and when i twisted like that to just pop my back it set off the pain. i asked the doc why and all he said was "The camle had a man ride him day in and day out and he was 250 lb. but it was just the single pice of hay that brock the poor camles back." hope this makes more sents now
I don't know why, but my friend was just holding a beer in his hand when his arm did the same thing to him. It took a few days before he felt better.
You need to stretch your muscles on a daily basis. Try soaking in a hot tub or getting some muscle cream
Sounds like a Charley Horse. You may not be getting enough calcium in your diet if you are having them frequently.
You need to exercise more so that your fit and dont pull any muscles.

This time of year, it's common to get dehydrated without even knowing it. The rule about 8 glasses of water a day isn't just a fairy tale. You will feel better, look better, and avoid cramps.
Well your probably fatigue and have not drank enough water... At the same time, the older you get your bones and body does not bounce back as a 17 year old...
Take some Advil for the pain, get at Least 8 hours of rest, and stretch your legs everyday.. If the problem keep occurring, see you doctor right away... Otherwise you should be fine... Make sure that you diet is balanced too.
Sometimes muscles low in potassium will feel like a pulled muscle, if you ever get cramps, especially in the thigh or calf, or if you are atheletic (running ect) eat a banana. Also being summer you may be dehydrated, muscles will feel strained from low hydration. Lack of activity does not necessarily mean you didnt strain or pull anything.
we all have many little stabilizer muscles that help to ensure that our legs don't start wobbling around like crazy. Often, our muscles get tensed up after lots of walking around and can't stretch as well--kind of like trying to pull on an elastic band that's already fully stretched. In those situations, even small movements can pull the muscle so much that some of the muscle fibers tear, resulting in a pulled muscle. Stabilizer muscles are used to keep your balance even if you're just standing around so it's entirely possible that one of them my have been pulled. I'd suggest doing some stretches whenever you feel your muscles getting sore in the future--it'll loosen all those tense fibers up and feel really good.
If your pain doesn't go away in a few days, definitely go see a doctor. It could be something else.
I get this when I sleep. If it ever happens again immediatly arch your toes upward... but no I don't no y
