I would suggest rest, ice, ibuprofen, and try stretching out your muscles, and give our body a chance to heal. Good luck.
hot shower, advil, ice it.
it's really too hard to actually heal. probably just don't use your muscles for a while.
Self Myofascial Release. It is usually done with a foam roll, but can also be done with medicine balls, tennis balls, pretty much any round object that you can put pressure on.
