Kim, I too have problems with sleeping, but I just had surgery. Have you made any changes to your regular habits. There has got to be a reason for you not being able to sleep. Are you stressed about something? Try a nature sounds cd or soothing music. I usually read at bedtime or watch television, that sometimes will help me. Also, try yoga. I know a lot of people doubt it, but it is a good way to relax. Oh, and I know that a lot of people take sleeping pills, but I would not try that approach. Try to do it naturally first. Well, good luck and sweet dreams!
You need to go to the doctor and have him check your lab values, especially thyroid. Since you are sweating - that needs to be checked out. It's probably a hormone/chemical imbalance. Call him/her tomorrow! :O)
Sleep with a light sheet, to reduce the heat. You may have a sleeping problem. Go see a doctor if it is really bad. You may need sleeping pills, to help you get to sleep. Are you tired when you go to sleep? Maybe you are too hyperactive.
Go to the dr. Sounds like you need some test run and/or meds
