its probably just your womb stretching as its growing mine used to do the same. if your really concerned then go to the drs.
edit, i presume you mean your nearly thirteen wks pregnant. cos obviously some ppl are reading this wrong.
it could be either. if it feels like pressure its probably a stomach ache and you need to use the bathroo mbut if its sharp pains it could be cramps. but um why are you pregnant at 12 years old ?! i wonder how your parents must feel. but seriously your 12 years old and your not going to be able to take care of that thing i feel bad for you!
omg i read it again and your not 12 years old im sooo sorry your 12 and 1/2 weeks pregnant. you should reword that

I am assuming you meant that you are 12 and half weeks pregnant. NOT 12 years old and half a week pregnant. That's why people are being rude on here, they don't understand your question. Anyways, it's normal to be crampy like that every once in a while. If it persists or worsens, take a trip to the doctors' office. It won't hurt, and it will put your mind at ease to know everything is okay. Plus you can ask the doctor all of those types of questions. Good luck!

You do have pain when pregnant but if the pain is like period pain ( cramps ) phone your doctor dont ignore it
