Back problems?

Question:
I am a 15 year old boy. Lately I have felt extreme tightness in my lower back every one in a while. It hurts so much I can't bend my back without extreme pain. It will be like that anywhere between 5 seconds and 5 minutes then it will go away. I am not a flexiable person but this has never happened to me before. I haven't hurt myself recently either. I am one of those worst possible senario types of person, so mt fear is that it is a tumor or Lou Gehrigs disease. It probably isn't and I'm just to worried but does anyone have any idea of what it can be? Thanks.

Answers:
Not to scare you, but you need to seek medical attention immediatley. It could be something serious. You could have accidentally just pulled your back out, but it could definatley be worse. Go to the doctors today, if you can't get an appointment then tomorrow at the latest.
