Melatonin, valerian root, lemon balm, tart cherry root (not sweet cherry). You can find all of these at GNC. You can buy them with many different sleep aids in one capsule or you can get them separately They are all natural, non addictive and you don't wake up feeling groggy.
Tylenol pm only has Tylenol and antihistamine in it. It will make you drowsy but that is about it and it won't keep you asleep. Prescription drugs are expensive, addictive and they tend to have side effects.
I use herbal sleep aids myself so I know they work. You can also take more than the recommended dosage if you need more.

you should try tylonol pm or a sleeping pill.
